Jill’s approach to egg donation incorporates both the clinical and the emotional aspects of the process. She makes every effort to support both the donor and recipient. This allows the donation process to be as comfortable as possible so that all may take part in the joy of starting a family and fulfilling someone’s dream. Donors are carefully selected from a pool of applicants which, through her contacts in the donor community, Jill keeps at a steady level. The result is that the Genesis program usually has donors immediately available for most of our patients. With the physicians at Genesis, Jill is careful to follow the strict procedural guidelines of the FDA, ensuring not only compliance with the most diligent screening practices possible, but also patient safety. She also assists women who wish to explore other fertility options, such as egg freezing either as a donor or as a recipient and gestational surrogacy.
